The homeowners of this 1980s Murrieta home were ready for a much-needed exterior facelift. With a mix of exposed brick and aging wood trim, the front of the house looked dated and disconnected. They wanted a cleaner, more cohesive appearance that better matched the rest of the property, and the neighborhood.
The existing facade included a mix of materials: brown-painted stucco, exposed brick around the front window, and unfinished wood trim that had started to wear. The challenge was to modernize the look without requiring a full remodel or altering the structure.
Mo’s Stucco applied a new stucco finish to cover the brick around the front window and the wood trim framing it. The area near the garage and side window was given a fresh brown coat followed by a crisp white texture finish, unifying the entire front elevation. The result is a smoother, brighter exterior that feels more modern while still complementing the original structure.
The home’s curb appeal was completely transformed with a clean, contemporary finish. By covering the dated materials and refreshing the color palette, the homeowners now have a property that looks updated and well cared for, without major construction.
