Project Type: Residential Stucco Over Siding
Location: Front Exterior of ADU
Photos: Before & After Available
This front section of the same Tierrasanta property (where the new ADU was built) originally featured outdated wood siding that no longer matched the updated look of the new addition. The homeowners wanted to bring the front of the house up to date and create a more cohesive, durable finish.
Part of the existing wall and window structure needed to be removed and rebuilt to accommodate the transition. The wood siding had aged poorly and didn’t complement the fresh stucco finish of the adjacent ADU.
Mo’s Stucco removed the outdated wood materials and rebuilt the section around the window to support a clean stucco application. The updated texture and finish now tie the entire front elevation together, blending seamlessly with the ADU and giving the home a polished, unified appearance.
The old wood siding was replaced with a modern stucco finish that aligns with the newly built ADU. The home now presents a consistent, upgraded exterior, improving both aesthetics and weather resistance.
